I'm ;having ONE PLUS NORD CE 3 LITE 5G 258 GB 8 GB. After smooth functioning till software update, the issue faced after latest/recent update is that my OTG connection with Desktop has failed. Neither the phone is detected, nor the options for file transfer, music, midi etc is showing on connecting the OTG cable. The same was working fine till 3 weeks ago, after which software was update. Why software update instead of giving us better experience, worsens the situation, user experience?

the app is good, I recently made a new account and ordered a new device and the whole experience was seamless and the red club is a very innovative way of rewarding loyal consumers.... but I have one small suggestion please make it easy to add all details like contact, email, address etc. in a better menu, I had to navigate a lot just to find all the menus, some menus are hard to find and for using first time a bit less intuitive, but otherwise the app performed as expected...

I had really bad experience with the customer service. The app itself logs me out for no reason atleast 4 times while I'm searching for service requests in the span of 20 minutes which get's incredibly annoying.
